产品描述：
◎火龙HLGX®系列陶瓷纤维板系传统工艺基础上全面升级的优异真空成型隔热材料，渣球含量低于3%、纤维分布均匀、内外强度一致、尺寸可控性强。
◎陶瓷纤维板是由喷吹超细陶瓷纤维通过水洗除渣、纤维冷冻、真空成型工艺制成，该产品拥有优越的耐高温性能、优异的刚性与韧性。
◎陶瓷纤维板适用于对产品有刚性强度要求的高温应用领域。另外，根据应用需求，有更高容重的真空成型陶纤板产品，板的隔热性能、耐磨性能及强度有进一步的提高。
◎陶瓷纤维挡火板是采用特定的耐火添加剂生产的高强纤维板材。此产品质地坚韧、耐压强度高，具有优越的耐高温性能及优良的支撑力，可直接做为工业窑炉炉膛挡火隔热。
◎陶瓷纤维配方中包含有少量的有机结合剂来增强其冷态强度，在大约300℃第一次灼烧时有机物就可被烧掉。根据应用需要，可提供煅烧后无烟无味产品。
