火龙HLGX®陶瓷纤维异形件
产品描述：
陶瓷纤维异形件，采用优质高纯度陶瓷纤维细棉作原料，用真空成型工艺制成。
陶瓷纤维异形件，均为满足某些工业部门特定生产环节所需异形制品，每种制品根据其形状和尺寸需要制作专用的模具，根据制品的性能要求，选用不同的结合剂和添加剂，以满足使用要求。
所有异形制品在其使用温度范围内都有较低的收缩，并保持有高隔热、轻质和抗冲击的特点。
未灼热的材料很容易被切割或机加工。在使用过程中，产品的抗磨损和剥落性能良好，而且不被大多数熔融金属所润湿。
形状与供货：真空成型异形制品依据用户要求定制，包括管形、锥形、圆顶形和方盒形，除按照客户的要求进行生产外，某些异型制品也可以为客户做库存，如有色金属行业用浇铸帽和套管、石化行业用的真空成型看火孔等。
一般特性：各种异形制品的物理及热工特性一般情况下与相应级别的陶瓷纤维板的性能类似。
特殊处理：如果需要，真空成型硬化剂或耐火泥可以涂抹在异形制品上以提供保护层。
