火龙HLGX®陶瓷纤维模块
产品描述:
◎火龙各种耐火陶纤模块及折叠块,是用对应材质的陶瓷纤维长纤维甩丝针刺毯,按纤维组件结构、尺寸,在专用机械上加工而成。在加工过程中,均保持一定比例的压缩量,以保证陶纤模块壁衬砌筑完毕后,由于每块陶纤模块在不同方向的膨胀,使陶纤模块之间相互挤成一个无缝隙的整体,陶纤模块均能通过各种形式的锚固件直接固定于工业窑炉炉壳钢板的锚固钉上。
产品特性:
◎根据用户加热设备结构及综合氛围的不同,可以设计方形、菱形、扇形、L型、V型多种形态,并采用多种排布方式。
◎无须预留膨胀缝。陶纤模块及折叠毯在解除捆扎后会在不同方向上相互挤紧,形成密不透风的整体。
◎有弹性的纤维毯可以抵抗机械外力作用,使窑炉设备移动加热或异地运输成为可能。
◎纤维毯的弹性可以弥补炉壳的变形,使各组合块与炉板之间不产生缝隙。
◎制品重量轻,系多孔结构,作为隔热材料蓄热明显优于传统材料,尤其为间歇式窑炉用户带来显著效益。

◎具有抵抗任何热冲击的能力。
